FAST SHIPPING!
All orders processed by 12:00 PM Monday through Friday will be shipped next day after your payment method is approved. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.
All times are US Central (same as Chicago).
All weights include packaging materials.

       NON-U.S. ORDERS:

• All orders 4 lbs and under are shipped via USPS Airmail Letter Post, orders over 4 lbs are shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 Days average delivery for either). If you desire an alternate shipping method please email us prior to placing your order and we will quote shipping via your preferred method. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties or other charges imposed by customs. We are not allowed to mark orders as "gifts" and we are required to declare the actual dollar amount of the items ordered.

      U.S. ORDERS:

• We use USPS First Class Mail delivery method for orders 13 oz or less (1-3 days average). Parcel Post is our Standard delivery method (7 days on average) and Priority Mail is our Express delivery method (1-3 days on average) for all orders over 13 oz (1-3 Days average delivery for either). If you desire an alternate shipping method please email us prior to placing your order and we will quote shipping via your preferred method.

RETURN POLICY AND OTHER INFORMATION

1. Is it safe to use my credit card?

   Yes it is. It is safer to use your credit card over the internet than in a restaurant or store. 2checkout.com uses secure servers that encrypt your credit card information. B&V-Scraps will not sell or transfer any customer's personal information. We retain customer address information for the B&V-Scraps mailing list unless requested otherwise by the customer.
    

2. When are credit cards charged for an order?
   
   Your credit card is charged when your items are shipped.
    

3. Does B&V-Scraps charge sales tax?
   
   State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents when shipping merchandise to states where the company has an established business presence. The B&V-Scraps operations are in Texas; we are, therefore, required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to locations in the state of Texas.
    

4. How long does it take to get my order delivered?
   
   Depending on when the order is received we generally ship the same day or day after the order is received. Weekend Orders are generally shipped on Monday. Transit time depends on the mode of shipping and the time of year. Deliveries are usually made within three to five days in most parts of the U.S.
    

5.  After You Order
   
   Immediately after placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. You will generally receive another confirmation notifying you of the day your order was shipped.
    

6. How do I inquire about the status of an order?
   
   E-mail is the best way to check on order status. Please e-mail us at sales@bnv-scraps.com and indicate your name and order number (or what you ordered if you don't have your order number nearby) and we will answer your e-mail generally within 24 hours. We enjoy hearing from you so please do not hesitate to e-mail us for any reason. If for some reason e-mail is not good for you, you can also call us for your order status.
    

7. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
   
   You can cancel an order by e-mail, phone or fax up until the time the order is shipped. We will need your order number and name. Because we frequently ship the same day or next day, phone or fax cancellations are more likely to be successful. Once the order is shipped the customer is responsible for return postage on cancellations.
    

8. Availability and backorders
   
   We try to keep everything on our website available at all times; however, this is not always possible. If we do not have an item it will be marked as out of stock until we receive a shipment from the manufacturer. If you are interested in an out of stock item please email us and we will place your name in a list for notification as soon as we receive it in.
    

9. Return Policy

   Products excluding chalk sets, inks and ink pads are unconditionally guaranteed and may be returned for exchange or refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days from the date of shipping from B&V-Scraps. Please include your order number name and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on any returns.
   
   Please contact us by Email or phone before returning an item and we will give you an RMA number and shipping address.
   
   The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by B&V-Scraps. Items must be returned in the condition received. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a note explaining why you are returning the product. Please note: it may take up to two weeks for us to process a refund request.
   
   What do I do if my order is damaged on receipt?
   
   If shipped by UPS, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the order for possible shipping damage. Describe damage in detail on the receipt (bill of lading) and have the delivering party cosign the receipt. Do not discard the packaging material. Notify us by Email or phone. We will have the item(s) inspected and picked up by UPS, and we will ship a replacement to you at no charge. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your re-order or credit.
